1. What makes this mask different from regular sheet masks? +

Unlike standard masks that stay on for 10–20 minutes, ours infuses low-molecular collagen for several hours, allowing deeper hydration and visible wrinkle-smoothing effects.

2. Does it really help with wrinkles, or just hydrate? +

Deep hydration directly reduces the appearance of wrinkles by plumping the skin and improving elasticity. With consistent use, firmness and fine lines visibly improve.

3. Why does the mask become transparent while wearing it? +

It turns transparent when your skin absorbs all the active ingredients (collagen + hyaluronic acid + fermented extracts). Fast transparency means your skin was very dehydrated and needed it.

4. Is it suitable for sensitive or reactive skin? +

Yes. The formula is dermatologist-approved, fragrance-free, and non-irritating. If your skin is extremely reactive, we recommend a small patch test first.

5. How long should I leave it on? +

Quick glow: 1–2 hours

Deep anti-aging care: Up to 4 hours

Intensive overnight treatment: Safe & recommended for maximum results.

6. Will the results last, or is it just a temporary effect? +

With regular weekly use, results accumulate. Wrinkles remain less visible, skin becomes firmer, better hydrated, and smoother, even on days you don’t use the mask.

7. How often should I use it? +

We recommend 1–2 times per week.

One box (4 masks) = 1 month of treatment.

8. Is it suitable for mature skin (45+)? +

Yes. It was specifically formulated for dry, mature, and wrinkle-prone skin, improving firmness, hydration, radiance, and comfort.

9. Does it help with dull skin or acne marks? +

Yes. Fermented actives (Galactomyces) help brighten the skin, smooth texture, and support barrier repair, improving overall radiance.

10. How long does shipping take? +

Orders within Europe are delivered in 4–6 business days, directly to your home with secure tracking.
